Cable One quit sending paper billings with no notice. Because the internet service was at a secondary residence, we didn't notice until we were there that service had been disconnected.

Called them and was told they switched to paperless billing but they had sent no notice of this nor did they bother to email a bill. Charged a reconnection fee, deposit, and month in advance to reconnect for doing nothing wrong. They even told me this happened to many customers so sounds like they are running a profitable scam. Only internet provider in the area so double whammy.

Customer service is horrible.

Many disconnected calls, still overcharged even with all the complaints. Finally gave up because their billing department doesn't even understand their fraud.
